Estimado colega.
Estoy al tanto de la situación política entre los Palestinos y los Israelíes.
Estoy al tanto, digo, a través de los medios de comunicación existentes en EUA país, como Ud. sabe, extremadamente aliado a los intereses hebreos y sofisticadamente acusador de lo que le acaece al pueblo Palestino. Es decir, que no es creíble ni la tercera parte de lo que se dice en estos medios gracias a esas circunstancias políticas y económicas que los une.
Me llega a la conciencia, y ciertamente lo he declarado en Poetas del Mundo y en la Revista Guatiní Nro. 17, el ataque sistemático de Hamas al suelo hebreo cosa esta criticable, ciertamente ya que en aras de la Paz, ambas partes deben ir a una conciliación diplomática y a una reconciliación mutua. Cosa esta que creo, nunca veremos a lo largo de nuestra vida generacional. La verán nuestros hijos o nietos?
Hay una respuesta de parte de Israel a esos disparos.
Es una respuesta que internacionalmente fue señalada de extremadamente cruel, extremadamente superior a la que le dio origen.
Es como el caso del que ataca con una vara y le responden con un cañón, un ejemplo casi fuera de contexto, pero ejemplo al fin focaliza la situación de venganza cruel e innecesaria por parte de Israel.
Es sobre este prisma que los poetas del Mundo, enfrentamos críticamente a Israel.
Con la palabra. Es verdad que la palabra, como Ud. Dice, es la fuerza que tenemos nosotros, los Poetas del Mundo, para enfrentar a la injusticia, al dolor, al sufrimiento, la violencia, el odio, el abuso y demás "hermosuras" escapadas de la Caja de Pandora, pero mientras tanto, los niños, mujeres y ancianos palestinos ponen su cuota de sangre y muerte en las estadísticas de la guerra.
Lo estimo, colega, por su posición y su renombre y no quisiera que ningún 'pero' macule su ilustre línea vertical en pos de la Paz entre los pueblos.
